Devslab Studio provides web design and digital marketing services, including but not limited to Wix Studio development, Velo development, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, ecommerce solutions, and branding services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing of any project will be agreed upon separately with each client through a proposal, quote, or written agreement prior to commencement of work.

These Terms govern general use of our Site. Specific projects may be subject to additional terms agreed upon between Devslab Studio and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Devslab Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final approved deliverables (such as website designs, code, and branding assets created specifically for the client) will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Devslab Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and on its Site, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets used in a project — such as stock images, fonts, plugins, or licensed software — remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

When working with Devslab Studio, clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and feedback required for project completion Obtain necessary rights or permissions for any content, images, logos, or materials provided to us for use in their project Make payments according to the agreed schedule and terms Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframes

Delays in providing information, feedback, or payment may result in delays to project timelines.

5. Payments

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement provided to each client. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in pausing of project work until payment is received.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services involve building or modifying websites using third-party platforms such as Wix, Wix Studio, Shopify, and related tools. We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing changes, or policy updates made by these third-party platforms that may affect a client's website or store.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work and accurate information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or our services, including any specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic, or sales, which depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devslab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
